As long as you can write

Funny, after meeting a lot of people who say they want a multiplatform producer it really turns out that they only want a video editor to shoot, edit and upload video to YouTube.

A Producer said that it’s most important that you can write and have examples to show at a moments notice.

So this prompted me to hunt through some of my radio stories where I had to convey complex ideas, environments or emotions with just my writing.

Then I uploaded them to YouTube after marinating them for hours in the Ken Burns effect in Final Cut.

The result is a selection of quirky and contemplative pieces you can watch by clicking on the images below. (Still tweeking the mobile compatibility post migration, sorry!)

Blog Migration – the casualties

Yep, I migrated Bare Bones to here and lost some posts and associated media along the way.

It’s a little like that ‘Winged Migration’ movie where some birds get stuck in oil or mud but you don’t see them being eaten by predators or die on screen – but you know they do.
